The Very Best Confetti Rice
2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
4 cups water
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1Place the rice in a saucepan, and bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit about 5 minutes.
2Stir the orange zest, cranberries, almonds, and green onions into the rice until blended.
