This is a collection of fantasy/paranormal books. It has taken me several months to read the entire collection, but I truly enjoyed the majority of the books.

This review refers only to Saint Nicky, Demon Hunter (Monster Hunter Book 1) by Amir Lane and N.J. Embers. This story was a special surprise for me, as I was unaware of its release. Obviously the quality and the fabulousness factor were as fantastic as expected from Amir Lane, however N.J. Embers was completely new to me, so this was an interesting new discovery. This story was a special surprise for me, as I was unaware of its release. Obviously the quality and the fabulousness factor were as fantastic as expected from Amir Lane, however N.J. Embers was completely new to me, so this was an interesting new discovery. I will definitely be looking out for her books in future. But back to Amir Lane, who has been one of my most favourite authors since their first story. Their signature style carries into this story (which I hope will continue on as a series), perhaps somewhat gentler than usual. By gentler, I mean a bit more romantic, and not in a sense that whole lot happens, as this is not the author's style, but with a more romantic feel to the story, more romantic considerations (I am guessing N.J. Embers influence as a predominantly romance writer). The setting is interesting, the plot is great, but the characters are so incredibly sweet, cute, lovable, I want more of them. I mean not just the series but I could read stories about their childhood and be happy. I am referring here to Nicky and Corrine, and Nebula, of course. I am not going to go into details when it comes to characters because they are so amazing and so wonderful, and so much better when you just get to know them without any previous knowledge. They are beautifully introduced and developed, it is inevitable that one falls in love with them before even reaching the half of the story. They are strong and determined, as well.  And there are villains, and oblivious masses, and judgemental fools. All Fabulously written. I enjoyed this story immensely and I would love to read more, as I might have mentioned several times. Thank you Amir Lane and N.J. Embers for this story and please write more.

Great short stories but needs editing Nice selection of paranormal short stories. Entertaining read, once you overlook the grammatical errors. Nice to read a story or two before bed. Enjoyed the writing styles of the authors. If you enjoy Fantasy or paranormal anthologies, this book is for you!

Still needs refinement I enjoyed the ideal that an imminent rulers’ child would have to journey to meet their soulmate. What I disliked was finding the book still had editing comments in the body of the story. With more work on editorial skills and final touches, this read has potential.

Some yes, some no Loved the idea of lots of books on the same theme. Some i read the whole book, some i read three chapters. If i did not feel engrossed by chapter three it was not for me. Pity i have to go back through all of them to find the continuations of ones i did like.

Definitely give this spooky anthology a try! Saint Nicky was a real highlight, but all the stories and authors worked together well to form a professional and cohesive whole. Nicely done!!

A extended read. To say the truth a few of the books in this tome we're pretty good, but others we're kind of confusing to get a handle on them. Overall they has great authors.
